Dear valued customer:
It’s been a while since we spoke and I just want to update you with a few bits and pieces which you may be interested in; and some things just to brighten up your day.
Our news:
We are still surviving despite the recession and the debts and job shortages it brings. Our survival is largely down to the hard work and optimistic attitudes of our people, and I would like to thank them for that.
We have recently taken on a new member of staff in the office to assist with estimating and administration. His name is Josh Hairsine. He’s seventeen years old and far more computer-literate than Gareth and I, which is a bonus in the digital age. Having been with us for five months now he has already become an integral part of the team.
We now have a fully qualified Heritage slating/tiling and leadwork CSCS cardholder in Jeremy Hellas (our most experienced roofer). He is one of the first in the area to hold this prestigious card. We hope, in the coming months, to get him qualified as an assessor in the skills to help upskill the industry in the future.

Strange But True:
Every day twenty banks are robbed: the average take is $2500.
Every day the banks rob businesses: the average take is incalculable.
Our recommendation of the month:
Update your profile regularly on Construction Line, as without the correct profile, buyers will not find you in their search.
Keep smiling and remember us: if you ever need anything roof-related – or just to moan about the state of the industry, if you like.
Regards,
Geoff, Gareth and Josh
